The "Before You Book" Questions

Do I need to be a professional model?

Not even a little bit. 95% of my clients have never done a professional photoshoot before. My style of photography is heavily directed. I will coach you through every breath, every hand placement, and every expression. You don’t need to "know your angles", that’s my job.

How far in advance should I book?

If you are booking for a specific deadline (like a wedding gift or Valentine's Day), I recommend reaching out 3 to 4 months in advance. This allows time for the session, the editing process, and the production of any physical albums or art.

Where do the sessions take place?

We shoot in curated luxury spaces throughout Charlotte. Whether it’s a high-end hotel suite with floor-to-ceiling city views or a private, minimalist studio, the location is chosen to match the "vibe" of your session. Check out my Top 5 Luxury Hotels in Charlotte for inspiration.

Do I need to have a specific body style?

Absolutely not. My approach is about documenting where you are right now. This goes for men and women.

The "Day Of" Details

Is Hair and Makeup Really Included?

Yes. I believe the transformation starts in the glam chair. Every session includes professional hair and makeup. Not only does this help you relax, but our artists know exactly how to apply makeup so it looks stunning under professional studio lighting. Can I bring a friend or partner?

If having a "hype-girl" (or guy!) makes you feel more confident, bring them along! I just ask that they are someone who truly makes you feel empowered. If you think their presence might make you feel self-conscious, it’s best to come solo and let me be your hype-team.

What if I have "problem areas" or blemishes?

We all do. First, professional lighting and posing do 90% of the work in making you look your best. Second, every image you choose for your final gallery receives high-end retouching. This includes temporary things like bruises or breakouts, while keeping your natural beauty, tattoos, like scars and stretch marks, exactly as you prefer them. We'll talk specifics!

Privacy & Logistics

Are my photos going to end up on the internet?

Only if you want them to. I value your privacy above all else. I only share images on my website, blog, or social media if you have provided written permission to do so. If you want your session to be 100% private, it stays 100% private! Your privacy matters and is important to me

How much does a session cost?

The session fee covers the "experience" (the shoot, styling, and glam). After your session, you’ll choose the digital and print collections that best fit your needs. Full pricing details and packages are shared during a private consultation to ensure every session is intentionally tailored to you. Most clients invest between $2,000–$3,500 for a full luxury boudoir experience. For a detailed breakdown, you can head over to my Pricing Page.

Do You Offer Payment plans?

Yes. I offer payment plans. We can discuss what works best for you and the options that are available. Full payment is due the day of your session date.

Can I purchase Additional Images?

Yes, additional images are available for purchase. Final selections are made during your image review session. This is never a high-pressure sales process, just a guided and relaxed experience.

Do you offer wall art?

Yes. I offer a range of wall art options, including canvas gallery wraps (with or without framing), framed fine-art prints, metal prints, and acrylic prints. Sizes and pricing are discussed during your image review session.
